PINK PEACHES PRESENTS – 4th ANNUAL BREAST CANCER BANQUET

Join us Saturday October 6, 2018 for an evening devoted to raising the awareness of the impact of breast cancer in our community.  As we celebrate the strength of our survivors and previvors as honored guests.

The night will include:

Pink Peaches, Inc. Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Banquet is our organization’s primary fundraiser for the year. We use the event, not only to raise money for our cause, but to raise awareness, educate and empower breast cancer survivors and their network of friends, family and supporters. We celebrate the strength of our survivors and previvors as honored guests and encourage them to share their stories.

In 2018, an estimated 266,120 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed with Breast Cancer.

About 40,920 women are expected to die in 2018 from breast cancer in women under 45, breast cancer is more common in African-American women than white women. Overall, African-American women are more likely to die of breast cancer.
